Cell Larva
Tendon cell of the late embryo or larva (Volk, 1999). It connects one end of a somatic muscle to the exoskeleton (Volk, 1999).
Can be identified based on expression of Stripe (Volk et al., 1999). Seems like at most one tendon cell per muscle end, but unclear from Volk et al. (1999) if one at each end or if in every somatic muscle.
